1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and packaging must be intact

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or alteration are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items returned without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Mention your Order ID and reason for return.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

6. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. For size or color preferences, customers may place a new order after returning the original item (subject to stock availability).
